Choose five of your tribe’s INCIT victories and five INCIT victories from the OTHER tribe.

Your designated spokesperson should then create a tribe forum thread called “How INCITful”. The spokesperson should post links to the ten posters you selected.

So far, so good. I then said I’d post the posters publicly and let all of you viewers vote on them. But then I realized that that could get us all banned under the voting fraud clauses of the ban page. Ran it by JB and he agreed, so I switched to judges:

I will then present all 20 (10 from each tribe) to the judges (same ones as I used earlier). I will make the submissions anonymous by only presenting the URL of the image, as well as the text of the poster. Each judge will be asked to up/downvote each poster (no pbum option).

The tribe whose posters (as selected by BOTH tribes) have the largest gain in votes wins immunity. I’ll see the other tribe in tribal council where the fifth person will be voted out of the game.

To clarify what “gain in votes” means: An up,down,down set of votes could either be +1 (if only “win” votes are counted) or -1 (if it’s +1 for up, -1 for down). The method which results in -1 will be used.

Remember that soliciting votes is against ForumWarz policy. Don’t do it.

Tiebreakers: <There were tiebreakers posted with the original “public” concept. They will be adapted as best as possible for the new 3-judge panel if necessary.>

Two Girls One Tribe, you have two more members than TribeGirl so you have to sit two people out. One of them will be bumonz, because bumonz has no INCIT posters at all. Keeping in mind you can’t sit out the same person in back-to-back challenges, who will be the other? Oh, and in addition to not being able to help on the challenge at all, neither you nor the other tribe can choose posters from the people sitting out.

Now that ALL the complications from this challenge are cemented away…

So right now, each team can, if they choose, select one of their tribe whose posters, whether submitted by them or by the other tribe, will NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE TOTALS.

I will take the FIRST post ITT with a decision by ANY member of a tribe as the decision for that tribe. The decision could be “Don’t count this person’s posters”, or “Please count all of our posters”.

Seriously? Three hours to make a decision on whose posters to not use?

We’re 20 minutes away from the time that tribal council is supposed to be happening and there’s so no answer from TribeGirl that lets us even finish the challenge.

Can someone please make a decision already? It literally took us 5 minutes among 3 people to make our decision. I really don’t see what takes 3 hours here.

Would any viewers like to go behind-the-scenes and write up the episodes? I got kind of backed up when I was suddenly unavailable for a week, and wound up writing Episode 2 twice, and now it’s kind of daunting to edit it nicely and proceed.

The job pays absolutely nothing, but you get to see what I share from the tribe forums and private conversations I’m provided with. You’d use these tidbits to formulate a nicely-flowing story for the viewers, and could even suggest tribal council questions for me to ask. You’d also be involved in resolving any disputes about the game itself, at least to some extent.

In addition you get to see the next challenge or two before-hand (and I’d ask that you help look for potential problems).

Of course anyone interested would have to be approved by all remaining players before they could join. And you’d have to leave you klan for the duration of the game if you’re chosen. And you’d have to maintain absolutely secrecy.

Players, in order to speed up the game, I need core times please. I know I asked this on the application, but the reality is not lining up with what I read from those.

Please TM me with the exact times, server-based, that you can be online and ready to participate in a challenge, a tribal council, a decision, etc. Include your normal times (and days) and any upcoming exceptions (“I’m going away this weekend but usually will be around”, “I have a doctor appointment next Wednesday”, things like that).

If we can pull together even one hour a day when everyone’s online, we can speed things up so challenges don’t take a week, and I can even tweak some of the upcoming challenges to “whoever can do this first”, which would be awesome.

I ask for TMs rather than public posting. Thx.

Right now we’re smack in the middle of Tribal Council time, when everyone agreed they’d be available.

And I have received my requested TMs from less than half the players.

This does not bode well.
