Edit: I really think the terribly low resale value of books isn’t really a rip off, it’s just a stab at college book stores. That I do condone.

I guess the script looks for items that have never taken damage and smite them by 25%

Did this maybe happen only to people with the Turkey?

I was hit by it, and I couldn’t afford the turkey.

Well the Turkey is obviously going bad, after all it might last a week after Thanksgiving but after that you are just asking for food poisoning. It’s not like we are placing our stuff in some sort of deep freeze you know.

Basically I bumume it’s a protocol meant to vanish the turkey at some point in time but it’s also hit other eq in the process.

Basically yes.

All items in the game are supposed to take damage. I realized that a couple of items that were already equipped weren’t working, because they didn’t have a damage value. I did an update statement to 75% because I thought that was fair for all those items that had never needed repairing before.

Unfortunately I did it for items that didn’t deserve it (like the turkey). So now I’ve gone back and updated all those things back to 100%.

It should be cool, previously iron tight items now take damage, all should be good!
