I understand wanting to keep the forums somewhat organized, but there was no way for me to know there was a thread about the box that was dead so long ago. It was the first time i had seen that item, and can’t know everything that’s ever been discussed. Besides, if you lock every topic that has already been done you’d be locking out most of Flamebate! Inside of the box are many different realms, each one more twisted and disturbing than the last. The first realm is the realm of the Purple King. Once inside, you will be feasted on by maggots, and your flesh shall burn and distort. Once your body is broken and unrecognisable, your will lay eyes on the Purple King himself. His demonic majesty shall drive you mad, and he shall feast on your fear and insanity. Past this realm, none have returned.

Those fortunate to escape the dire charnel house of the Purple King are too unintelligible to interrogate, but some jibber and yell about the further horrors that they came close to witnessing. It is claimed by several prominent occultists that the last terrible realm is that of The Exalted Blind Idiot God Himself, Azathoth.

I shudder to think that such a blasphemous object should exist, but if it is true that MC Banhammer is currently in possesion of it, I beg him not to open it. For the love of all that is good and holy in this world, do not open that box. More than you know could be at stake.

Manphin, is the dolphin alive or dead? Well, we are bumuming the the box is opaque, as MC Banhammer desperately wishes to know what is inside the box. If a radioactive isotope is in the box also, then hypothetically, the dolphin would be both alive and dead at the same time. However, once you open the box, the universe splits. So in one universe the dolphin is alive, and in the other, the dolphin is dead. In other words, we have no way of knowing until we open the box. Using the same theory, it could actually be possible to gain immortality (are we taking notes? there’ll be a test). Simply hook up a revolver with one bullet to a machine holding a radioactive isotope. everytime you pull the trigger, the universe splits. One you live, one you die. this means, that there will be one universe where you live forever! Manphin, your homework is to test this theory, and then present us with notes on your experience. That is, of course, if you live.
