6.8 Euros is the same as $10. It effectively is exactly the same amount of money, just with different numbers bumigned to it. You’re not spending less money and getting more, you’re spending the exact same amount of money that you worked the exact same amount to get as an American would for $10, and getting exactly the same thing. That’s why the exchange rate is what it is.

that kind of money is nothing to me, the question for me is how to GET the money to you guys..and yeah ive looked at the wiki on different options on how to do it..i wish you guys accepted mo’s and stuff like that, almost the only way to pay in is through paypal, unless i want to go to toronto and buy you guys a beer, which wouldnt be terribly cost-effective

I don’t know why we *couldn’t* accept a money order or cheque…the truth is, it’s never come up. Most people who are able to send cheques or M.O.s have accounts that allow them to do so, though…right?

the difference only shows up when you do commerce across borders (like with imports, like amasius said.) For instance a 20 dollar taxi ride in America would cost 20 pounds in England. (judging from experience) however if you brought 20 pounds to America, you could go twice as far.

You don’t need any sort of account for a money order, you can just go into a drugstore, post office or whatever and give them 10 bucks plus whatever fee they charge.
