KYOUBAI IS SUPER-SERIOUS BUSINESS

Question regarding the ‘escrow’ option. When I ran my contest, the reward was 10 BP, and to avoid any claims of ‘welching on the bet’, ET agreed to hold the 10 BP in escrow. But he charged me 1 BP for the service (which is what it would have cost me to transfer the BP anyways). However, it doesn’t look like it now costs anything to transfer BP.

Does it cost anything to put BP in escrow now?

Can I run a lotto in which “tickets” need to be purchased for BP?

IE, 20 spots, 1 BP per ticket, limit 2 tickets/ person (no alts, will ask admin to verify before selecting winner) random number generator to be used to select winner once all 20 spots are paid for, winner gets all 20 BP?

I wouldn’t be getting anything out of it as far as payment, so is this allowed?

MOD ANSWER: That’s not a contest. Ayn Rands is the proper place for lotteries. Note that this has been tried before, with spectacularly unsuccessful results.
