Can I run a lotto in which “tickets” need to be purchased for BP?
IE, 20 spots, 1 BP per ticket, limit 2 tickets/ person (no alts, will ask admin to verify before selecting winner) random number generator to be used to select winner once all 20 spots are paid for, winner gets all 20 BP?
I wouldn’t be getting anything out of it as far as payment, so is this allowed?
MOD ANSWER: That’s not a contest. Ayn Rands is the proper place for lotteries. Note that this has been tried before, with spectacularly unsuccessful results. |
