anyone has figured out how Frugality works yet?
I upgraded to 22 frugality but the prices only came down like 15% from the original. It used to be 6% for each point.. |

The original Frugality formula was changed because, if you put enough points in Frugality, back on beta, you would actually gain Flezz by buying stuff.
Like this: Log in to see images! Now, afaik, you can get a max of 40% discount from Frugality. |

With all the flezz we get now, who puts even one point in frugality?

I think Frugality > 10 has no more effect on selling things, Frugality > 54 has no more effect on buying things. Just tested it out when I respecced to buy new gear. |

That seems close to the truth. Smileprin XR sale price stopped at 430, but were still costing ~650 when my Frugality was in the low teens, but buy price stopped getting lower than 501, when I reached Frugality in the 50s. There’s no effect in having higher frugality, but there isn’t an upper cap so you can carry on throwing upgrade points at it beyond this point. |

The short answer then would be if you’ve dumped alot into frugality, then respec.
Easily enough done, and if a cap does eventuate then you’re already good to go. |

Well right now, the frugality increasing .moar files I have give me an extra 11 frugality, meaning I can, based on what I’ve read in this thread, get the maximum sale price for deliveries purely on the .moar files alone… So essentially, yea, once you have ten or more frugality worth of .moar files, frugality upgrades are pretty much worthless, as the price drop for buyable items is so miniscule… Log in to see images! |

35% off a 1mil item aint bad. It’s worth a respec when you go to grab your best store gear, IMO. Other than than, yep pretty worthless.
I can’t wait to see Luck and Charisma spaded. Wanna bet they cap out ridiculously low too?
