35% off a 1mil item aint bad. It’s worth a respec when you go to grab your best store gear, IMO. Other than than, yep pretty worthless.

Also 35% off a giant stack of Synthol is pretty good. If money’s still an issue for your character, it might be worth it to respec into Frugality, stock up on equipment and drugs, then skip a few days and respec back into whatever you had before with 12 visits stored up. You’d have to spend 4 or 8 forum visits with gimped stats but I think you’d end up saving more money than you lost by taking on weaker forums with those visits.
