Oh I understand perfectly, but this week isn’t giving medals anyways, so why complain? I thought of this thread as a gigantic waste of time. It didn’t need to be grumbled over, you miss some visits on the opening week of ep 2, it happens. There was plenty of reason to give them, and no reason NOT to. |

The reason NOT to is that some players got extra visits (defensible maybe) yet others did NOT (ouch). From a competitive standpoint this is unacceptable. |

So did the people who lost visits due to site lag and bugs. They had a VERY reasonable expectation of not losing those visits. ET chose how to handle it, and then he handled it that way, as is his perogative as game designer. He owes no one else anything in this regard.

And everyone here had a VERY reasonable expectation of only getting 4 visits today. The way it was (briefly) explained to me when I asked this morning was that rollover didn’t happen on time and somehow, when it did happen, it happened twice.
If this was a planned benefit, I’d say you have every right to be upset. But it doesn’t seem that it was planned, it was a mistake. **** happens and life goes on. |
