That is bull****. When I ploughed through 4 visits on each of my chars (in the middle of the ****ing night) I had a VERY reasonable expectation of not losing visits on any of them.

And everyone here had a VERY reasonable expectation of only getting 4 visits today. The way it was (briefly) explained to me when I asked this morning was that rollover didn’t happen on time and somehow, when it did happen, it happened twice.

If this was a planned benefit, I’d say you have every right to be upset. But it doesn’t seem that it was planned, it was a mistake. **** happens and life goes on.
