Same thing happened to me. I could’ve won 3 medals, but I was stuck with one ****ing shotgun card, and no one in my team had 2 scoops for me to kill with it. (You do know about last week’s theme, right?)
I was so upset I had to take a ride in the WAAAHMBULANCE. I’m feeling much better now; I can send them over to pick you up if you like.

Last night after the results were posted I looked through some of the brackets and noticed that a lot of players with 1 card left were able to get medals.
The only thing I could think of a final shield did not count towards your cards if you played/auto played it. I know that doesn’t make much sense either but it was the only reason I could think of. Log in to see images! Log in to see images! |

That post was buried in a rather long thread, and the active shield rule is really counter-intuitive to the gambit theme. Not up to me, but I think the OP deserves his medals.

I’m really not going to feel bad for reading the thread and knowing how ET said the rules were going to play out.
Particularly since running 12 visits for solo vanilla 20 minutes before Domination end was not exactly easy. |

They had a card left that was already played. Maybe when you use a shield card it should not show that you still have a card remaining because you have already used it. Maybe an icon for yourself that shows whether you are shielded or not could replace this and remove any confusion in the future. |
