Removing the Antifreeze cap would be the dumbest suggestion ever. We knew what happened when we had no cap.

No, because you can take any one of those options and it will have no effect. Therefore, by your faulty logic, nothing impacts alignment.

Since this is clearly false, we have proof by contradiction.

What can happen, if there are lots of players with lots of scoops, all competing against each other, is that the ones who take an early lead, and have their maximum of 30 cards, either burn cards on other players to keep their scoops low, or leave themselves exposed, and then get bumholed. It does take alot of bumholes, and requires that some players in the bracket focus mainly on destruction. 500 scoops (if you achieved that) would be wasted, because players would naturally use their scoops to even the playing field, when they’ve also got that many spares. A klan raid tower wouldn’t be so hard to take down in an active, hostile bracket, I think. Most scoops near the start of the week would end up wasted.

The top bracket is an exception because we’re not attacking each other, and this is a legacy of the first half of this season (frankly I’ll be happy when the season is over) I’m not bothering to compete there at all – it’s just not interesting, and raids happen at awkward times for me anyway.

Raiding should definitely give players an advantage. Teaming up, cameraderie, etc, really makes the game more interesting to everyone. Raiding with alts? Not so much. Unless I missed something, enhancements bought with brownie points were never meant to give players a competitive edge, at least not originally.

and I think anyone who has an arktor-esque alt clan is entitled to their edge, but a clan with several altwhores is obviousely going to have a greater edge.

a one character “raid” gets you one scoop. thats hardly a raid. solo vanilla is not a raid.

I maintain (with no proof, but there you have it) that there are people whose only scoops come from raids, and they spend no more time in a week with their raids than others do planning how to get all the other flavors. Maybe even less. But — well, we’ve been down the “vanilla is broken” route many, many times before.

so in your guys minds raiding is for big clans only? (which is clearly a thing of the past.) Alts make it possible for small clans to raid. of course so did 12/12/12, and that went away too. so who knows, maybe you’re right about alts.

but that doesn’t change the fact that alt raiding is still intended functionality until bingebot addresses that specific proposed change quoted earlier. its not cheating until a decision has been made either way.

the BP investment isn’t all that it takes though, you also have to devote the time, and effort.
