now the city has spoke to meHave you seen L.A. Story?
It’s a dogreat timesentary about this guy who lived in LA and the city god spoke to him through one of those traffic signs with the LED displays. Well, it’s not a dogreat timesentary exactly, but I’m pretty sure it’s based on a true story. Apparently that kind of thing happens a lot in LA.
Also, your parents grounding you is a sign that you should run away and live on the streets. The city is calling you to itself. But first, watch L.A. Story. You might not have access to a DVD player once you’re outside. (view post) |

THE SUPER SERIOUS EXPLANATION OF MANPHINS ORIGINS - YOU'LL BE AMAZEDManphin, I apologize for doubting your analysis of your origins. Clearly, if you believe that you are pre-human, that in itself is evidence that you must be.
I have a few questions for you. Some are about dolphins and some are about the Manphin. I’d appreciated it if you’d enlighten me.
1. About Dolphins: If they preceded humans but have superior neocortices, does this mean that humans have “de-evolved” (regressed)?
2. About Dolphins: After the coup, will humans have to live underwater? Will we be enslaved to our dolphin masters?
3. About Manphin: Do you live above or within the water? How do you move around? Could you post some full-body pics so we can understand your means of locomotion.
I apologize if these questions seem nosy. I just want to understand. (view post) |

THE SUPER SERIOUS EXPLANATION OF MANPHINS ORIGINS - YOU'LL BE AMAZEDManphin, reading your post led me to consider an alternate, but similar, hypothesis:
Perhaps humans evolved from apes, as presumed, but evolution did not end there. Rather, dolphins evolved from humans! This would explain how humans have so many ape-like and dolphin-like traits, and many intermediate traits (quantity of body hair, brain size and structure, etc.).
The implication of all this is that dolphins are more evolutionarily advanced than humans, and Manphin, as the missing between human and cetacean, is a kind of superior human. (view post) |

Second wife - wtf?My first attempt I burned through 12 XRs and had 2 threads left. Undaunted, I blew all my on another 14 XRs and went in again. I knew it was risky, but I thought maybe I’d just been unlucky the first time. I burned through all 14 and still had 3 threads left, so I had to give up.
So… that’s like 4200 gone, and I have to spend the next few days grinding medium-level forums that I can pwn without meds so I can save up the to replenish my stash of XRs. It may be weeks before I can pwn Second Wife.
I whine, but at the same time, it’s kind of awesome. A quest! My inner nerd is all a-tingle. (view post) |

In fact, as curious as this may sound, the teabag is black but the nectar released when it is dipped is of the most delicate vanilla hue. I bumure you, staining will not be a problem. However, should you wish to remove your dentures as a precautionary measure, I will not be disappointed.
I am so looking forward to our visit!

I'VE LOST MY SCREWDRIVER, PLZ HALP!!!Do you, perchance, pbum a hardware store (or even a general drygoods and sundries shop) on your way to work? You should be able to pick up a decent screwdriver for $10 or so.
If you can get the same colour, Frank won’t even notice that it’s not the regular one, and you won’t have to tell him the truth.
If it’s a different colour, you can tell him what happened and then show him that you’ve bought a new screwdriver to replace the one you’ve lost. In that case, he’ll be impressed with your initiative.
$10 may be a couple of hours’ wages, but it’s a small price to pay for not getting yelled at. Good luck! (view post) |

Dear Lucinda
I hope you do not mind my forwardness in using your first name. Please feel free to use mine. It’s “enire.”
I have contemplated your request, but I do not think it would work. While I do understand your fondness for loose tea, the contents of this teabag are of a particularly rare and delicate variety. Without the protection of the bag, they would be easily bruised and would very quickly lose their potency, thus leaving you with a rather unsatisfying experience.
Let me bumure you, however, that this teabag is of the most delicate silk and is quite pleasing to the touch. You may find yourself fondling it absent-mindedly before dipping. Moreover, the bag is quite loose, allowing the contents to move freely, and permitting the release of the sweetest and most succulent essences.
I am certain that you will be pleasantly surprised; this teabag and its contents are vastly superior to any others I have sampled, and I have sampled many, being something of a connoisseur.
