Sorry, I didn’t realize you were judging it since before you were born to determine. I would have guessed it became popular earlier, like when Whoopi Goldberg said it about Ted Danson.. You might not remember them, Whoopi was in Jumping Jack Flash, and Ted Danson was the main bartender on Cheers, oh wait, you weren’t born then. I’d guess the line was probably in some 2 Live Crew song way before that.
