I do not understand. People have always posted entries like that in INCIT. Serious players just ignore them or occasionally dump vote on them. There will always be joke or unfunny submissions. Why the sudden serious banning for them?
It doesn’t break INCIT. It doesn’t overload the server. There’s nothing pornographic or offense about it. It’s just silly and very easily ignored.
Interesting on the timing though. Why do they suddenly care now about such submissions? They’re far from new after all. |

Yes, because community-banning doesn’t prevent you from playing INCIT, just from chatting in there. Besides, spamming INCIT is an offense against the game itself, not so much the community.
We asked nicely. We warned people. One person’s already been banned. I know some people get a kick out of spamming thing, but we won’t tolerate it. |

It screws up chocolate scoops, ruins the game for real players and degrades the quality of our hallowed Hall of ****. It has nothing to do with attempting to make a genuinely funny entry and failing, and you know it. You can pretend to equivocate these things if you want, but nobody’s going to fall for it.
We’re pretty sold on this. It’d be best if you just don’t do it. We will be modifying the site rules shortly to reflect this. |

Let me be a huge fabulous person for a minute:
Remember Nailbomb with his ****ty, unoriginal image spam? I know that a lot of you hated that as much as I did, because it was stupid and unoriginal. How are W’s any different? No, it doesn’t **** anything up, but it doesn’t help anything either. It’s part of the cycle of **** that keeps INCIT terrible. If you want to troll at least put some effort into it. Show the INCIT fabulous persons why you’re funnier than them.
Also, I’ve very specially put myself in the position where I have to read every INCIT win for 30 days. I have enough **** to wade through. I’m a selfish man. |
