Yes, because community-banning doesn’t prevent you from playing INCIT, just from chatting in there. Besides, spamming INCIT is an offense against the game itself, not so much the community.

We asked nicely. We warned people. One person’s already been banned. I know some people get a kick out of spamming thing, but we won’t tolerate it.
