Hang in there, Adapt. It takes work, but you too can learn to do what I did — if the last post or OP of an RP recently active thread is “Anonymous”, just don’t read the thread. Don’t even click on it.
It took me a while, because sometimes there are entertaining titles, but after enough negative reinforcement I now don’t click no matter what the thread title.
If I can learn, you can too!
