I’m still planning on making it look more like old Flamebate, but I’m kinda busy at the moment.
I’d recommend installing Stylish and installing the script that way, as opposed to Greasemonkey. Mostly because Greasemonkey waits until the page has finished loading before firing, where as Stylish is applied right away. |

The “problem” is essentially being solved by the community. You can have your favoritest look and feel, and ET doesn’t have to worry about making sure every change he makes and feature he implements is compatible with the clunky old interface. Everybody wins. |

I’m not against user scripts. The only problem with them is that when I change things they have a tendency to break.
But as long as people are happy to use them at their own risk, and the developers are willing to update them when I break them, it’s all good. |

P much what I was saying. If people liked the old look, there’s enough gifted scripters here to reproduce it. If people want to use that script, it’s caveat haxxor. This pretty much frees you up to work on improving the current FB, and lets other coders “parallel process” slamming the changes into the old interface in their free time if people really care. Win/Win. |
