It doesn’t seem to me that omitting a reset bumon would be a conscious design decision unless it presents some kind of complicated database problems, in which case New Game+ would be just as bad or worse. It seems more likely to me that the feature isn’t there just because the dudes didn’t think anyone would want it, and so it wouldn’t be worth the bother. I want it, and there are likely to be other people who also want it, so that.
I mean, I don’t claim to be freebasing Evil Trout’s cranial fluid or anything, it just makes sense to me.

I too would like to have a reset/delete character option. But I would think that Reset should cost 1 BP and delete cost nothing. |

What for? You’d just go back and make the same account again, unless there were something that detects you are doing so and prevents that, which is annoying and dumb. |

Actually I’m in the same situation. I screwed some things up, and would love to be able to restart with the same name. It’s just that I’ve seen too many threads where people post ask for something similar (Can I change my clbum?) and get nothing more than an evasion of the question (You could buy BPs and create a new character).
One thing to note is that the clbum change mission is part of Episode 1, so if it really was as simple as a reset bumon, that would imply the possibility of a clbum change as well, and I’ve seen too many of those requests/suggestions waved away to entertain the thought. I haven’t really seen any explanation of why they frown on a clbum change (perhaps to encourage buying BPs for new characters?) so maybe if people **** and whine enough they’ll make some kind of response. I understand a man gotta get paid, but seriously the main reason to have multiple accounts is to participate in the whole competitive thing which I am extremely and unshakeably not interested in, aside from the fact that I really like this name and don’t want it to be basically dead until ep2 comes out, and then again until ep3, and so on. Having to pay to fix stuff or just run through the plot again for the hell of it strikes me as mildly douchey, and it’s way easier for me to just say “**** it” and go play Mr. Driller instead.
