It is my opinion, and that of several others whom I have conversed with, that the unclear nature in which the current rules and regulations of this site are presented leads to mbum confusion. While it should not be argued that the spirit of the rules is well known. The lack of official dogreat timesentation is negligent at best. In most situations where a site offers a service there is a page containing the Terms of Use, Terms of Service, or at least a legal disclaimer. This site offers none of the above.

I am petitioning that a list of rules be made and place on their own page accessible by anyone who visits the site. That this page be maintained by the Admin, be approved by CZ and furthermore that it be written in plain English without obscenity. I am requesting that terms used in the rules that may be questionable be clearly defined within the dogreat timesent, that a list of consumer rights and privileges as well as consumer responsibilities be included, as well as a clearly written and clearly defined disclaimer.

I believe this will make banishment from the site go easier, as it will allow moderators to specifically list the rule violated. I believe that this will reduce the amount of ban worthy offenses on this site. I also believe that this will create a more professional image for the site as a whole.

As it is now from the time you make your account to the time you get your first ban there is no page that you are directly shown, nor any page that you are advised to view that contains a complete list of rules.

I am requesting this not only because of myself but on the behalf of everyone who has been banned and left with messages in which the moderator simply states that he didn’t approve of or like the content of the post.

If people would read the rules they would understand what is bannable and what is not. What people try to do is warp the rules and try to “stay on the line” and think they won’t get banned. Well when they do they start to question the rules.

For instance, i posted a picture of a black gentleman’s male reproductive organ with some piercings, but failed to consider the male reproductive organ was in gauze with a little blood if you look closely, and thusly and therefore was rightfully banned,
