I’m going to have to agree with Xylon on this one. Although some members do enjoy getting banned a lot of new players don’t. I don’t want to get banned for something that I didn’t know I was doing was wrong. There are some very obscure rules that most forums don’t have (such as the all caps rule in non rp). If the rules were in one place no one would have a reason to **** and complain. And the ****ing and complaining does get old.
