Most illegal alts aren’t level 35, though?

Besides, with said schools and public IPs mentioned earlier, if there’s suddenly a mbumive amount of accounts made from the same IP, and only one or two of the accounts are active, wouldn’t it be possible to use that as evidence of some sort?

It seems like people just want another simple way at getting BP.

also, think what happened when people spammed dragons, which is essentially run by referrals. a lot of people thought it was gay and didn’t bother going to site at all.

But the trick is to get them playing the game and active in the forums.

Then simply delay the reward until the referral player reaches a certain level, say Level 10.
