Whilst the three character clbumes (Camwhore/Troll/Emo) are good, I think there’s (at least) one other.
That of the IANAL (Or I, ANAL if you prefer)
Clbum : IANAL Secondary Attribute : Pedanticism. You are Mr/Mrs Red Line. You do not use apostrophes ever. You are always deeply offended when someone tries to use YOUR internet to state something that YOU know is not true. Or right. Or grammatically correct. Or syntatically correct. And it’s up to you to make sure that they know that they are wrong and you are right and you do not care how many posts it takes you to tell them the exact history of the word they are using and it’s etymological details and the definition of which dictionary you are using and when it was last challenged in a legal way. Your Pedanticism manifests in many ways. Attacks with Godwin’s Law, Ad Hominem arguments follow up to your love affair with alphabetised filing systems, nametags on your freshly ironed socks and your complete lack of friends. |

Early on in the game design, we considered having a “reasonable, intelligent poster” character and we may yet…but I have a feeling he would be the least popular by a longshot. |

The idea did come from Flame Warriors; but as for intelligent posters, no…these guys are usually the people who insist banana’s are seeds actually and should never be called fruit or even used in part of a fruit salad because that’s just wrong and if you did that then you really are worse than Hitler because even though he did cause the Second World War, he was, at least, a vegetarian.

All the abilities would be emoticons of the (^_^) (-_-) \(^0^)/ variety, and their secondary stat would be “Ki.” They’d specialize in abilities which manipulate their stats (usually greatly increasing one and dropping another, given the power of emoticons over one’s mood) and would be able to buy wall scrolls and headbands as equipment. |

Eh, horrible grammar is pretty much an element of the other clbumes, particularly trolls. However, it makes me think of a cool potential clbum…
