Realistically grinding with any clbum other than a DML troll has become largely pointless. As long as the people ahead of you are willing to do pray20s you can’t make up space on them. With a DML you can grind faux and quickly pbum anyone just grinding praypal.

I honestly like the conflicting priorities generated by this system, but they need to be balanced with some reward for cooperation as well. Perhaps just more unique medals in each bracket – so different players have different things to aim for.

Perhaps Klan based epeen based on the total medals earned?

Maybe increment them in groupings of 25 or even 50 medals.

That way the klan can be working towards a shared goal at the same time individuals are working on epeens?

Re-re Item Suggestion

A luck booster (preferably a special item slot like a lucky 8-ball) would be nice for re-res and trolls

A charisma booster would be nice for emos (or just make it where we can equip tinted sunglbumes as well).

Domination Enhancements Thread

I imagine like domination itself this will be a work in progress. The new rules might be too much of a handicap or they might not be enough.

The card limit means that people can’t turtle up and then do a rapid deploy the last 20 minutes which has been a major complaint from people playing in non-US timezones. Yes it means that you are going to have to expose your scoops early throughout the week and maybe do a last minute pistachio/speedrun loop on wednesday but that’s kinda fun and interesting. In compensation we have weaker bumholes that can even be used as a method of beating down your competitor.

Mins and Fav Flava will likely be the medals people push for as max scoops will be the least predictable category.

The lack of ties means that either you risk alienating people in a push for 4 medals or you trade off periodically and attempt to add to your medal totals on every other or even every third week. On the weeks you aren’t competing for medals you will likely need to bumist your klan members in playing defense.

Repairing Mona Lisa to full each time? If items have to be 100% repaired to be useable, that’s going to hit more than just trolls. Also, grinding Praypal without a DML = horrible (well almost as horrible as grinding Faux, but not quite)

I’ve been grinding pray20 with my camwhore and emo everyday for months. Yeah it sucks having to wait for it to get to 20 threads and then try to pwn it as much as possible.

I’ve suggested that rather than an hit to ego for using broken items that broken items are automatically unequipped even in battle. That way you can’t use streaking or min repair to endlessly grind forums without ever having to repair your equipment. Further that makes the upkeep stat somewhat useful to actually purchase once more.

Of course in order to do this you’d need to be able to equip alternate equipment while in battle (which is something I’d like anyway as there have been countless times I’ve forgotten to unequip my chinese tattoo or piltons prior to doing my first run of the day.

Basically under this system streaking would be fixed and min repair would still be somewhat useful (you’d likely get at least a handful of shots in prior to your item being broken. While that might not matter much for faux I think it’s highly dubious that one clbum can do faux with 1/8 to 1/10th the resources the other 2 major clbumes can.

I think this will be a decent experiment. I expect that the ratio of 1 to 1 is a bit high as it’s not hard to rack up a decent number of wins in incit especially if you engage in some klan based shenanigans. Hopefully CZ will monitor to make sure that nobody is gaming the system with illegal alts.

Suggestion: take permbanned illegal multis out of domination groups.

If he still had illegal multis and was playing them despite having plenty of BPs to make them legal then I don’t really know what to say. I think CZ are perfectly in their rights to ban people for abusing the game but I also see that leniency has been made in the past for other players who have consistently been more abusive.

I think it really depends on what he was doing with his illegal multis. It seems likely that he wasn’t really using them for domination but it could be that he was using them to influence forumbuildr which can be really unfair to people that are trying to develop creative content for the game.

I’m willing to trust the admins judgment in this regards but I do think that they should balance the harm he might’ve done with his status as a contributor (not that contributors should get out of jail scott-free) and the relative seriousness of his crimes in comparison to other permabanned users.

Besides being vuron I also grind xXx-Fallen_Angel-xXx so effectively I’ve done twice the grinding that anyone else has done in the game but chances are that I’m going to be unable to top either the credit or flezz leaderboard with either character.

The ease that trolls can grind faux has made a mockery out of an already bad situation. Between SG94’s relentless grinding and the certainty that several trolls will use the broken nature of the defaced mona lisa to pbum me this game has become a ****ing chore and honestly I don’t like playing games that are chores.

I’m going to try to get the credit peen on vuron but I know that it’s a lost cause on fallen-angel at this point. If I fail then cie la vie but honestly between the obviously broken nature of domination and the unbalanced clbumes I’m beginning to lose hope that the game will get fixed any time soon. Sure I can hold out hope for the mythical episode 2 but honestly why should I have to wait for the system to get fixed while people take advantage of bugs in the meantime?
