Yep that’s all. Apparently their processed cheese costs were running too high so they made the $1 Double Cheeseburger with 2 beef patties and 2 slices of cheese cost $1.20 and took one of the pieces of cheese off and made it the $1 McDouble.

edit: agree w/ CS that McD’s has better fries but BK has better burgers, however Rally’s/Checkers and Sonic are better if you can get those.

Sonic is a whole nother burger, they tend to get kinda soggy, and they’re no whopper, but I’d never turn one down. I don’t know about their fries either, as I can’t get away from the chili cheese tater tots. Sonic is good times. For serious Whopper competition though, you got to go with Whataburger or Carl’s Jr.
