What I believe he’s saying, and hopefully bug-reported, is that the “kill” hit returns a server error.

This happened sometimes in Beta when ET hadn’t yet implemented a cinematic or other action which is supposed to occur after the thread is pwned. My guess is something’s borked similarly here.
