Illegal enhancements make you unable to play certain bits of the game (including Kyoubai). Having the highest bid in an auction and then spending bp on an illegal enhancement would probably break the game so I guess there’s something stopping that Log in to see images!

All he’d have to do is wait for the auction to end before buying the Game Dolphin though. That’s only a day and a half away.
