That looks like a fine place for secret forums, as well as for the other forums I’ve been asking ET to move to an “Other” section: Contests, Kyoubai, Full of Won, Closet of Shame, Closed Contests.

Only problem is on smaller monitors you have to scroll to get there, so a change to the “Secret Forums” link to be an in-page scroll would be good.
