That’s what I normally do. I suck at war in general, so I get as many allies as possible, get all the wonders I can, and either try to get a cultural victory, or get elected as the UN leader.

High culture -> border push. Take foes out without war weariness. Crush them under my heels with Tech advances, Then space race my way to victory.
