I think that’s what we got him to do already. Right, Shii? You waited for th web browser problem to happen, then did the ping thing? Then rebooted and told us the results when you could?
If you did exactly that, turn everything in the msconfig off and reboot asap, it will save us waiting for it to lock up again when we din’t change anything. |
