Really? I disagree. Who’s to say that there can’t also be a ‘Submit Stats’ idea, that is voted on only by CZ themselves?

I can see a once a month submission, one per player (not per alt), and then CZ reviews them at their leisure. They can even set maximum values for the normal stats, and then have an extra text box where you can describe ‘other effects’.
