Just rename the current top leaderboard peens, make it a goal which hasn’t been achieved yet, and possibly add further milestones for down the road. So players can still achieve the existing peen without it being an exclusive reward. If there’s a way to remove topping the leaderboards as an ingame goal, it should be done. Perhaps keep the leaderboards for vanity/statistics/general interest purposes only, but remove the reward incentive.

Hmm, I think you’re on to something. This would allow people that want to maintain a hold on the top spot in the Leaderboards to continue to do so, but allow other players to achieve the same E-Peens that are currently unattainable because of that ‘stranglehold’.

Similar to my suggestion, but a more elegant solution.
