You could have positive and negative game effects, like losing or earning a certain amount of flezz, losing or earning a certain .moar file piece, or the whole thing if it was really a good/bad draw, gaining or losing Cred, or even something as drastic as fully repairing or fully breaking every piece of equipment that you own?

This has a lot of potential.
