This. I don’t think you can compare INCIT ratings to Forumbuildr entries, because an INCIT win has already won by the time it can be rated. Why take away someone’s win because someone decides to mbum-downvote them? It would end up punishing anyone who’s well-known but not universally liked (Fran, Xylon, and yes, me too).
