Actually, I wonder if it’s just the same BP being used over and over again. Player A offers 3 BP in his contest, which Player B wins. She then uses that 3 BP in her own contest, which Player C wins, and so on.
There could be dozens of people all earning the E-Peen for the same $5 being pbumed around!
