I mean in general, in any thread. I don’t see any reason why I should have to adblock individual tinyurl links, or tinyurl at the domain level, just because people are trying to get around adblock.

That is not currently in the ban rules. Please don’t discuss that issue here, there are plenty of other places to do it.
