I’d hate to see the kid get banned for an honest mistake, so I’ll offer to cover the first level of his payout, i.e., 1 BP if the item sells for less than 1 Million  . But then I’d want a guaranteed repayment date, in Toxx Clause, to ensure that I’m not left holding the bag.
