I agree, bumuming translation wasn’t user-done, but the fact than many people are bilingual with English and one of those six I listed, I think user-generated translation would be perfectly possible.

True (see above), but that doesn’t mean it should be the ONLY language. It’s called WWW and not USA-W for a reason.
