That wouldn’t be an instaban, as hovering your mouse over “free ipod” yeilds a URL of “shock site”. So it’s not hidden. However, if the url were undecipherable (like a tinyurl), then it would be an instaban.

Don’t trust URLs you don’t know which are posted in RP forums (a generally good rule on the internet in general). In this case, it was (as far as I can tell) clearly marked as a nimp.org site. Google nimp.org and it’s very clear the site is shock/hijacker, without even following any of the links.

Note that if Google did NOT make it very clear the site is shock, then there are grounds for banning.

Bull****, tubs. I didn’t know about any of the shock sites long after I enjoyed the jokes on this site. It is not a requirement to know which sites are shock or not.
