I got hit by this bug too I tried using Up-Suck on GFOC and it timed out twice and the third time it said there was nothing to suck up and on my next attack it said I had used too many forum visits and told me to refresh. Normally when I messed up something it would say I have no visit left or something but this time I was still inside the battle. See pic attached.
