Since there’s a lot of confusion, I felt a poll would be appropriate. If you don’t know what’s ACTUALLY going on with the peens, don’t pick a meaningful option

It’s been thoroughly discussed here: http://www.forumwarz.com/discussions/view/19990?page=1 but the TL;DR version is that people thought the ‘old’ 13” peen cap + relative peen sizes + shrinkage was a ****ty way to do things.

The NEW system does not have a peen cap (PDB has a peen almost 20” long), does not have relative peen sizes (If PDB becomes active, he won’t steal 3” from everybody else), and does NOT allow for ePeen shrinkage to happen anymore. Yes, you probably shrank as it switched over from the relative system to the new one, but that’s the LAST shrinkage you’ll have to face.
