Oh yeah, PANTS.
See, the key thing is, the allowed alt must play by the rules. PANTS has been unbanned a few times, and each time he gets bored rather quickly and start spamming the place up again. In a conversation I had with him, he admitted that if he were allowed back yet again, he’d eventually get bored and repeat the offending behavior. So, no, I won’t unban him, because he hasn’t shown a desire to “reform”.
