I agree that the idea shouldn’t be thrown out just because it’s been done before, but +1 stats wouldn’t be worth it, whether one was into Domination or not. FW is great on story, but a bit weak on weak on SP gameplay depth. I think CZ would have to do a lot of tweaking to make a reincarnation theme even remotely popular.

Oh, I’m sure there are other ways to make it popular, but keeping the rewards limited hamstrings the abuse potential.

My suggestion isn’t going to result in a power creep problem, and FW is as multiplayer as MGS2; people work hard on things in the single-player game, then compare codes to see who wins. It’s effect on FW’s multiplayer aspects will be mathematically insignificant, with the exception of people’s remorts removing them from competition.

One of the nice things about FW is that if you get something you’ll ever be able to use, you can already use it.

Also, I see a huge draw for trolls: It would let them take a round as camwhore to get some improved glbumes. A few more crossover EQs like that and people would actually seriously consider a remort or two without it unbalancing things.
