I think this is a horrible idea. Anything that actively encourages disruptive behavior is inherently a horrible idea. I can just see people intentionally breaking the rules to get an E-Peen. Even something as simple as a small icon (like our trophy/e-peen count icons) that displays publicly how often someone has been banned is a bad idea. It would be come it’s own competition.

I’d rather see more significant penalties for being. For example, if warnings or normal tempbans don’t seem to work on a particular player, but it’s not serious enough yet for a permaban, then something like a reduction in your Main Character Level, the removal of a random E-Peen, or a outright deletion of an Alt might get the message across.

There should be no positive benefit whatsoever for being banned, otherwise, what’s the point?
