It took me forever to realise what you guys were talking about, all this hotkey and combat bar stuff I was all Log in to see images!

Each bumon of the toolbar coresponds to a number 0-9, so for speed runs it is far quicker to just use the number pad. Or, aparently script it like the user “internet”.
