More than likely there are two tubmails. One when he kills himself, motivation, and one when he doesn’t, lolcat. The epeen seems to be dependent on choosing the correct things to say, apparently not all lolcat. People are getting the epeen, so it is not a problem with the mechanics. The title is just misleading.
