That’s not what he’s saying. He’s suggesting that on your rebuild, you don’t buy TXT ATAX, and instead buy only the Evil attacks.
At this point, there is no consensus on what constitutes an optimal build. In fact, there are different “optimal” builds based on what you want to do: Go for speedrun records, maximize your flezz intake, etc. So no one can answer your question with a definitive answer.
