The only things you risk losing are the re-re skills.

They can only be bought if you remain a rere until high levels.

And that won’t make any sense to you if you didn’t stay a re-re.

Bottom line: Anything Upgrades you bought will be erased, and you’ll get all your spent upgrade points back. Anything you got through other means (such as the two base re-re skills) you get to keep.
