Just beat him to a pulp and force him to be your, uh, ‘BFF’ (Interesting euphemism, by the way). If he refuses, just kill him, or lock him in a tower, or implicate him as the leader of a kiddy porn ring, or something. That, or you could ambush him in an alleyway.
