As for buying consumables, select the buy bumon and put something moderately heavy on your enter key. That’s how I stock up.

It’s not even a challenge by now. You only need a lot of XR.

About the balance, I think it is still unbalanced between Ego and Douchebaggery. For example there’s this Blunt Trauma™ that recovers 150 Douchebaggery, which is quite off demand.
